Chathuranga Bandara is a globally recognised executive search leader, trusted by boards, founders and investors to identify exceptional executive talent. Over the course of more than 300 executive and C-suite placements spanning Europe, the US, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, he has built a reputation for combining rigorous research with trusted judgement, helping organisations make confident leadership decisions.
Before founding CB Global Partners, Chathuranga served as Global Head of Research, where he built and led international research teams supporting complex executive search assignments across multiple regions and industries. His experience spans industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, retail, construction and financial services, giving him a broad perspective on leadership across diverse markets and business environments.
While many executive search firms begin with established networks, Chathuranga built his career mastering the discipline of executive research, identifying exceptional leaders long before they become visible to the wider market. His research-led approach combines market intelligence, executive assessment and deep sector insight to uncover leaders with the capability, judgement and cultural alignment to create lasting business value.
He founded CB Global Partners to combine the discipline of world-class executive research with the responsiveness of a boutique retained search firm.
